Welcome to Heintz Processing

Who are we?  
We are Scott and Kathy Heintz.
   We have five children and six grand children. We raised our family here in the northwest corner of Crawford county Missouri. We are avid supporters of the youth in the communities we serve through the 4-H and FFA chapters. We are proud of our heritage. Kathy grew up on a farm in Leaseburg and graduated from Bourbon high school. I grew up on a cattle ranch in south central Iowa. Our children went to Local schools and are continuing to make us proud. Two of our sons currently serve in the armed forces. Our daughter is an RN. The last two are still in the process of discovering their purpose and realizing their potential. We are strong supporters of all those who have served and continue to serve this country. We are active members in the Missouri Association of Meat Processors as well as the American Association of Meat Processors. These two organizations help to keep us up to date on the changes in our business and give us the opportunity to voice our concerns with regulations and legislation that effects our ability to service our customers.

We take pride in doing the best we can to get your order done the way you want it and when you want it. Rest assured that you will get your own meat back. We go through great measures to ensure that what you bring in is what you take home. We keep extensive detailed records of all orders. Our retail products and cuts are made from quality product obtained from reliable vendors. All of our products can be tracked back to the source for the raw materials being used. When ever possible we use locally raised animals and they are inspected from start to finish. We know the people raising these animals and have had a great track record for quality. When you need us to locate an animal for you, we will do best get you what you ask for. It may take some time to fill your order but you will be satisfied with the quality. We look forward to the opportunity of servicing your needs and including you as another satisfied customer.
