December Special Whole Hog Purchases A local producer has hogs ready for market now. These are high quality animals. I have been cutting hogs from this farm for years. They are locally raised hogs and ready now. We can hook you up with the farmer to buy the hog and will cut it to your instructions. This is a great opportunity to put high quality meat in your freezer at great prices. An average live weight 265#, carcass will weigh 165#. We are requiring a $100 deposit per hog when you place your order. Your order will be ready in two to three weeks.

Beef Sides 0r Split Sides Purchases I have farmers with quality beef ready to go. We can hook you up and cut it to you instructions. Prices are based on the carcass weight. An average side will weigh 300# and your cost is $2.39/pound plus a handling fee. We require $200 deposit per side of beef. Your order can be ready in two to three weeks.
