We are a small shop and off the beaten path but we offer quality meats at competitive prices and can give you just what you want the way want it. Beef - Buy it on the hoof or on the rail. Buy it by the quarter, by the half, or by the piece. Buy the whole beef if you like. Steaks: Rib Steaks or Rib Eyes, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirloin, or Strip, Roasts: Arm, Chuck, Sirloin Tip or Rump, Hamburger: Bulk or Patties, Short Ribs: Traditional or Oriental, Soup Bones: meat included.

Pork - Buy half a hog or the whole hog of just the parts that you like. Steaks, Chops: Traditional or Butterfly, Hocks: Fresh or Cured, Jowl and Bacon: Fresh or Cured, Hams: Fresh or Cured, Ribs, Roasts: Pot Roast, Loin Roast or Rib Roast Sausages: Mild w/Sage, Mild w/o Sage, Sweet Hot Pepper, or Hotter Red Pepper,

Bratwurst - Our Grand Champion Beer Brat, Our Signature Heintzville Brat, Cajun, Garlic/Onion, or Kielbasa Brats.

Specialty Products - All Beef Summer Sausages and Snack Sticks, Pulled Pork or Shredded Beef.
