Deer: Thank you to all of our deer hunting friends we appreciate your business. Now that the season is behind you, if you wondering what to do with the meat sitting in the freezer, bring it out to us and we will make you some of the specialty products listed below.

We also offer Specialty Products in batch quantities each batch takes 8# of Deer Meat Summer Sausage (5 each 2# Logs) Regular $40.00/Batch, Spicy $45.00\Batch, and Jalapeņo & Cheese $50.00/Batch Snack Sticks (7 each 1# Bags) Regular $40.00/Batch, Spicy $45.00/Batch Jerky (Worcestershire, ground and reformed) (4 each1# Bags) $25.00/Batch Bratwurst (12 Packages 4 Brats each) $35.00 Whole Deer Processing Bone-In Cut $75.00, Bone-Out Cut $85.00 We are accepting Deer through all the hunting seasons during normal business hours.

Call to set a date for us to custom process your beef or pork. We receive livestock on Saturday mornings from 7:00 am to 11:am.

*Shown on the links above are samples of the cut sheets that you will need to fill out when you drop off your animal. If instructions are not called in prior to the day of processing you will get a standard cut.
