  • Your first step is to select the cut sheet you want to work with... When asked to open the cut sheet select OPEN or OK. (You may be asked if you want to allow a program to open, please select ALLOW This will open your default program and you will see the Heintz Cut Sheet.)
  • Please fill out the yellow cells to complete your order.
  • Once you complete your order, it is time to save this document.
  • Please select File and save as, then be sure to name your file and leave the words Beef/Pork Cut Sheet. (*Be sure to save this document in a place you will remember.)
  • Now it is time to email that document to Heintz Processing. Open your email program and address your mail to heintzprocessing@gmail.com. Simply attach your new file to this email by navigating to the CUT SHEET you originally created.

    Once your email is received we will contact you shortly.

    We are custom!  At the bottom of your "Cut Sheet" you will be able to give us your special requests.

    Call to set a date for us to custom process your beef or pork. We receive livestock on Saturday mornings from 7:00 am to 11:am.

    *Shown on the links above are samples of the cut sheets that you will need to fill out when you drop off your animal. If instructions are not called in prior to the day of processing you will get a standard cut.
